• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Proof of purchase is required

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

5. Refund Process

6. Replacement Policy
